Capture the Flavor: Herbs and Spices “Spicy and Spooky”

This hands-on class, led by trained and certified UC Master Food Preserver volunteers, covers the history, use and storage of herbs and spices. Participants identify spices and herbs, make their own herb bundle and spice mix, learn to cook with them, and taste a Char"boo"terie menu.
