Brookshire Farms changes with the calendar. From June to December a self-serve stand sells the farm's avocados, onions, peppers and squash. In September and October it runs a pumpkin patch with a corn maze, hay rides and dozens of pumpkin varieties, and in November and December it sells Christmas trees, with five kinds to choose from.
